We are in search of an individual who is willing to help us achieve our mission. If you are that person, there is an opportunity for you in Information Systems, specifically focusing on Sales Force Administration.
The Information Systems Manager collaborates closely with other departments to understand their IT requirements, needs and preferences and ensures installation of these systems accordingly. You will be responsible for managing the organization’s Salesforce database. You will have the responsibility for the technology used throughout the business, including both hardware and software and works closely with external IT network consultants, including assessing system risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities. You will meet with the leadership team to propose and recommend any new software to help the company meet their organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makers
- Maintain company hardware and software programs
- Administer Salesforce database, create and maintain reports, and design system modifications to meet business needs
- Update technological equipment in the company
- Implement company-wide technology updates and hold sessions to teach employees on new features
- Oversight of network system in conjunction with third party IT consultants
- Stays up to date on new software and technology.
- Working closely with Leadership to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network
Education & Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Salesforce administrator certification preferred. Experience with CRM systems required.
- Experience with third party software integrations (e.g. WebEx, Teams)
- Demonstrated ability in working with people from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to lead and teach others
- Up-to-date knowledge of latest IT developments
- Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms
- Knowledge of best computer security practices
- Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
- In-depth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security
- A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
- Good research and analysis skills
