Our Client Services Manager plans, develops, and implements client programs; oversees and builds community outreach with partnering agencies; and administers the Emergency Assistant Fund program. Duties include:

·       Design, build, and manage comprehensive plan to administer and expand client services and community outreach programs.

·       Coordinate with volunteers and staff on designated programs, such as Community Gardens, Back-to-School Program, and Holiday programs.

• Initiate, build, and maintain relationships with organizations and schools.

·       Create and manage annual spending plan for emergency assistance program.  Coordinate and administer referral process.

Three to five years’ experience working within the social services sector and a bachelors’ degree are preferred, but not required. Motivated, energetic, and creative professional leader, who collaborates with staff, volunteers, and partner agencies. Excellent communication skills. Self-starter, who sets priorities and demonstrated ability to multi-task. Creates a supportive environment across multiple populations. Analytical skills to identify trends and challenges and think innovatively. High level of integrity. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of budgets.
